Four questions to ask about the jfc electronic tester

HOW DOES IT WORK?

As a fuel pressure tester for planes, it is essential that you understand how this equipment works. The Jet Fuel Control Tester is made to simulate the plane’s computer system by performing Closed Loop control of the JFC in Manual or Automatic Mode of operation while performing Frequency Response testing and meeting all CMM requirements. Our tester gives you insight into fuel consumption and other crucial information for the plane and flier’s safety.

DOES IT REQUIRE COMPUTER ACCESS?

Our manual JFC tester requires no computer for proper operation. We have made this product with full manual access in mind, as its controls provide you with everything you need to succeed including:

  • Manual front panel operation using ON/OFF and selector switches.
  • Panel meters showing voltage and current levels of EMIDS.
  • Amphenol style connectors on the rear panel for connection to UUT.
  • DCV proportional signals are also provided on rear panel connectors, if an external data system requires logging.

WHAT FUNCTIONALITY DOES THE REAR PANEL HAVE?

As an efficient fuel pressure tester, the JFC tester’s rear panel offers various functions. The rear panel uses individually labeled, gold-contact MIL-SPEC connectors for each EMID hookup, and a pressure relief valve is mounted on the top.
